3. Box up your device and send it!

Please DO NOT include ANY accessories, remove all cases, USB receivers, SD cards, keyboard covers.

It is to difficult to keep track of these to make sure it gets back to you.

Do not send your charger unless you suspect it is bad and want it checked out.

Do not send your machine in the apple box it came in. The thin lid of this box does not provide any protection for shipping!
